What are your payment methods?

We accept all of them! Wether you want to pay with cash, credit or debit card...

Smoking is not allowed

Pets are not allowed in the hotel

Yes! You can stay connected with the best speed

Check in: 3:00 pm

Check out: 11:00 am

What does the kitchenette include?

Includes, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, blender, coffee maker, toaster, oven, electric stove.

Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?

Yes, we asked for a security deposit.

Does the hotel offer food service? 

No, but all the rooms are equiped with a kitchenette perfect to make your basic meals

Do all rooms have a safe deposit box?

Yes, all rooms have a safe box.

Do you offer special discounts (for seniors, airlines employees, couples, etc)?

No, we don't offer discounts

How many rooms can I book in one reservation?

You can book all the rooms if you want, as long as long as they are available. Rooms have to be booked for a minimum of 3 nights

Cancellations for booking are possible?

15 days before you can get a full refund

​14 days before reservation strict policy

Visits or extra people allowed?

Visitors are allowed as long as they are of legal age.

Does the hotel offer laundry services?

Yes, we offer laundry services for free. Its included in the price.

Does the tv come with any subscription services (Netflix, HBO…)?

 

No, the tv includes cable television and you can log in with your Netflix account if you wanted

Does the room have a closet?

Yes, all the rooms have a space to save your things

17.

What services does the hotel include?

We count with security guard additionally CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) and cleaning services
